Logistics (Loading Unloading Inspection)

Prime4 Inspection provides such services worldwide during

What happens after the items are inspected, packed and ready to go?

Materials are often delivered to the user location by road, rail, air, or sea. Occasionally, multi-modal transportation is used as part of the delivery process.

The mode of transportation is determined by the size of the products and the location of delivery. Special purpose trucks or barges are used to convey large products or huge consignments.

Lifting, moving, and settling activities are carried out regardless of the kind of cargo or mode of transportation. The movement of material, if not properly supervised, could be damaged, and will need to be repaired or rebuilt on site to return to their original state.

Prime4 Inspection’s logistics inspection team adds value by providing expert surveyors during each loading and unloading operation to ensure that the products arrive in pristine condition.

Before putting the lifting and shifting tools and equipment to use, our expert surveyors inspect equipment for capacity, functionality, and safe working conditions. This avoids the possibility of harm from unexpected failures.

The objective of such inspection is to make sure that items reach the destination in ready-to-use condition, avoid rework / repair at site, eliminate lengthy insurance claims and litigations.

To put clients at ease, Prime4 Inspection surveyors record activities with photographic and video evidences.
